I had an amazing time at this hotel in Ragusa. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided us with great recommendations for things to do in the area. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. I especially loved the small balcony where I could enjoy the view. The breakfast spread was outstanding, with fresh fruit and pastries that really hit the spot. It was definitely a great value for the money.

The location was also perfect, situated between the two parts of the town, making it convenient to explore the baroque towns. Additionally, the breakfast offered an array of fresh fruit and pastries, truly satisfying my taste buds.

The location of this hotel was great, just a short walk away from the breathtaking viewpoints and the city center. , the staff was very friendly and helpful, offering us a lot of information about the events and restaurants in the area. Another advantage was the breakfast – it was tasty and filling, offering a range of pastries and juices.

Our Christmas stay wasn’t perfect. The heating system in the room was ineffective, and the temperature was very low, making it uncomfortable to stay inside.

The B&B had spacious and comfortable rooms, and was located between two beautiful towns with fantastic viewpoints. the service was great, with early check, in and late check, out, and even a gluten, free breakfast option.

Secondly, the attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive. From the beautifully designed interiors to the clean and cozy rooms, everything was meticulously taken care of. Lastly, the location of the hotel was perfect. Situated in the heart of the city, it was easy to explore all the nearby attractions on foot. I especially loved the rooms on the second floor with small balconies. It was such a treat to have a little outdoor space to enjoy the city views.

In terms of improvements, everything was simply perfect!

We had an amazing stay in a comfortable and elegant B&B located in a perfect area, just between the old and new towns. the owner provided us with plenty of recommendations for restaurants, cafes, and shops to explore nearby. the modern facilities and clean bathrooms made our stay even more enjoyable. we were delighted with the typical Sicilian products offered during breakfast. We can’t forget to mention the stunning views from the room's small balcony.

The check-in process was not very personalized, and we didn't receive as much assistance from the owner as we were expecting.
